Such as toothpaste, whitening toothpaste, dental gel, sunscreen cream, facial cleanser, hand cream, shaving gel, hair treatment cream, body cream, topical ointment, medical gel, repair cream, cleaning paste and polishing paste.

Package Type:

Suitable for plastic and laminated soft tubes with hot-air tail sealing, date stamping and automatic tail trimming.

FEATURES

1. Automatic tube feeding system feeds tubes into the machine one by one to reduce manual loading.

2. Tube orientation checking positions printed tubes correctly before filling and sealing.

3. Dust collection and anti-reverse tube inspection help keep the tube interior clean and detect incorrectly loaded tubes.

4. Piston filling system with SS316 product-contact parts supports filling of toothpaste, cream, gel and other viscous products.

5. Hot-air heating system provides uniform heating around the tube tail before sealing.

6. Water chiller cools the sealing area after heating to help form a neat and consistent tube tail.

7. Automatic sealing, date stamping and tail trimming are completed continuously at the sealing station.

8. Waste trimming material is collected automatically to keep the production area organized.

9. Production speed can reach approximately 70–80 tubes per minute depending on tube size, product characteristics and filling volume.
