Application

This plastic tube filling and sealing machine handles sealant, acrylic paint, silicone gel, wall putty, grease, repair paste, adhesive, pigment paste, caulking compound and other viscous products. Its piston filling system processes thick materials, while the rotary unit automatically performs tube loading, positioning, filling, sealing, coding, trimming and discharge.

Package Type:

The machine handles plastic tubes and laminated plastic tubes in different diameters, lengths, and filling volumes. It supports printed tubes with color marks, hot-air tail sealing, embossed date codes, and trimmed straight tube ends. Matching tube holders and filling nozzles allow format changes for different tube sizes.

2. Tube-positioning unit aligns printed artwork through the color mark sensor.

7. Hot-air unit heats the tube wall evenly before sealing.

8. Water chiller cools the sealed tail after heating.

10. Tail trimmer produces a straight and even finished edge.

11. Replaceable tube holders support different tube diameters.

12. Control panel adjusts filling volume, speed, heating time, and sealing settings.
