Application

This instant tea powder packing machine packs instant tea powder, matcha blends, milk tea powder, lemon tea powder, and other drink mixes into single-serve stick packs, then counts and loads them into cartons.

Package Type:

The line makes back-seal stick packs from roll film and loads a set quantity into folding cartons. It supports slim sticks in different widths and lengths, printed laminated film, custom stick counts per box, and cartons with instruction leaflets.

FEATURES

1. Four lanes produce four stick packs in each cycle.

2. Vacuum feeder keeps powder supplied to the hopper.

3. Forms slim back-seal sticks from printed roll film.

4. Counts a set number of sticks before cartoning.

5. Cartoner opens, loads, and closes boxes automatically.

6. Leaflet feeder adds product instructions to each carton.

7. Inkjet coder prints dates and batch numbers.

8. One line handles stick packing through finished carton output.
