It can be used in flour processing, baking ingredients, seasoning, beverage powder and agricultural powder production lines that require automatic auger filling, bag forming, weight inspection and metal detection.

Package Type:

Suitable for laminated roll film formed into back-seal pillow bags or gusset bags for flour and other fine powder products.

FEATURES

1. The auger screw feeding conveyor transfers powder automatically from the feeding hopper to the dosing system.

2. The auger filling system measures fine powder by screw rotation and supports adjustable filling volumes for different bag weights.

3. The anti-static device helps reduce powder and packaging-film adhesion around the bag-forming and sealing area.

4. Servo-driven film pulling keeps the packaging film moving consistently during bag forming and sealing.

5. The vertical packing machine completes film unwinding, bag forming, powder filling, sealing and cutting automatically.

6. The checkweigher inspects the weight of each finished bag and separates products outside the configured weight range.

7. The metal detector checks packed products for metal contamination before they enter the collection section.

8. The output turntable collects finished bags and provides operators with a convenient area for secondary packing.

9. The integrated line reduces manual product transfer between powder filling, inspection and finished bag collection.
