Application

This tea powder filling machine packs matcha powder, green tea powder, instant tea powder, milk tea powder, and blended tea powder into bottles. The line feeds and cleans each bottle, weighs the powder, inserts a measuring spoon, tightens the cap, seals the foil liner, cleans the bottle surface, and applies the label. This matcha tea powder packing machine runs up to 40 bottles/min, depending on the bottle size and filling weight.

Package Type:

This line works with square and round bottles or jars made from PET, HDPE, or glass. It supports screw caps, aluminum foil liners, and packs that include a measuring spoon. Matching parts allow the automatic powder tea filling machine to handle different bottle sizes, neck diameters, cap types, and label positions.

FEATURES

1. Two-head ionized air cleaner removes dust before filling.

2. Dual-head weighing filler controls the powder weight.

3. Automatic spoon inserter adds one measuring spoon per bottle.
