Application

Package Type:

Suitable for metal cans, composite cans, plastic jars and rigid bottles closed by can seaming or press-on lids.

FEATURES

1. The automatic bottle and can feeder arranges empty containers and transfers them continuously to the filling section.

2. The double-head rotary auger filling system supports simultaneous powder dosing to increase filling capacity.

3. Auger dosing allows the filling volume to be adjusted according to different powder characteristics and container sizes.

4. The can seaming machine closes metal or composite cans with matching can ends after filling.

5. The reverse-turn mechanism changes the container conveying direction and connects the filling section with the downstream capping equipment.

6. The automatic pressing machine applies and presses lids onto plastic jars or bottles without manual capping.

7. The laser printer marks production dates, batch numbers, barcodes or other traceability information on the container.

8. The complete line can be configured for either can seaming or bottle lid pressing according to the selected packaging container.

9. The collecting table gathers finished containers and provides a convenient connection point for downstream labeling or case-packing equipment.
