Package Type:

Suitable for round plastic or glass bottles with screw caps and optional aluminum foil inner sealing for granular seasoning products.

FEATURES

1. Volumetric cup dosing system measures sea salt, coarse spices and other free-flowing granular products according to the required filling volume.

2. Screw feeder transfers material automatically to the dosing system for continuous bottle filling.

3. Bottle sorting, filling, cap feeding, capping, foil sealing, coding and labeling are connected in one automatic production line.

4. Four-wheel capping system tightens screw caps continuously and can be adjusted according to compatible bottle and cap sizes.

5. Aluminum foil sealing machine provides an additional inner seal for bottles requiring foil sealing before labeling.

6. Inkjet printer can print production date, expiry date, batch number and other coding information according to production requirements.

7. Material-contact parts are made of SS304 stainless steel for food and seasoning filling applications.

8. The standard line runs at approximately 15–20 bottles per minute and can be configured for different production capacity requirements.
