Application

It can be used in coating, household chemical, agricultural chemical, personal care, industrial liquid and selected food production lines where automatic pouch feeding, rotary pump filling, cap feeding, capping, foil sealing and coding are required. Such as water-based coating, laundry detergent, liquid fertilizer, shampoo, white glue, tomato sauce, floor cleaner, plant nutrient solution, fabric softener, honey, latex paint, dishwashing liquid, syrup, water-based resin, body wash, construction adhesive, fruit concentrate and industrial cleaning liquid.

Package Type:

Suitable for premade spout pouches and refill pouches with screw caps, with optional aluminum foil sealing for liquid and viscous products.

FEATURES

1. Four-head rotary pump filling system fills multiple spout pouches simultaneously and supports adjustable filling volumes.

2. Rotary pump metering is suitable for water-based paint, detergent, adhesive, sauce and other liquid or medium-viscosity products.

3. Automatic spout pouch feeding transfers empty premade pouches into the filling station for continuous production.

4. Cap elevator and feeding system automatically supplies caps to the capping station, reducing manual cap loading.

5. Autoatic capping system tightens each cap after filling and can be adjusted according to the pouch spout and cap specification.

6. CIP cleaning system cleans the filling pumps and product pipelines to simplify product changeover and routine sanitation.

7. Aluminum foil sealing system provides an additional sealing process for compatible spout and cap structures.

8. Laser coding system can mark production dates, batch information, traceability codes or other required information.

9. Enclosed machine structure helps isolate the filling and capping area while allowing operators to observe production through the transparent doors.
