Application

It can be used in salt processing, sugar packaging and granular seasoning production lines that require automatic material feeding, weighing, pouch handling, date coding and sealing. Products include sea salt, rock salt, pink salt, iodized salt, white granulated sugar, caster sugar, raw cane sugar, brown sugar granules, monosodium glutamate, chicken bouillon granules, vegetable bouillon granules and granular seasoning blends, subject to product trials and pouch compatibility.

Suitable for heat-sealable premade stand-up pouches, including corner-spout pouches filled through the open top and sealed above the filling area.

FEATURES

1. Product contact parts are made of 316 stainless steel for durability during salt handling.

2. A Z-type bucket elevator automatically transfers salt from the feed hopper to the weighing system.

3. A four-head linear weigher measures product portions according to the selected target weight.

4. The horizontal packing machine integrates automatic pouch feeding, opening, filling, heat sealing and discharge.

5. A ribbon coding unit prints production dates or batch information on the pouches before filling.

6. Adjustable pouch handling and weighing settings accommodate different pouch formats and fill weights within the machine's operating range.

7. A touchscreen control panel provides a central interface for setting and monitoring packing operations.
