Application

This intelligent packaging equipment integrates fully automatic bag feeding, insertion systems, and smart detection technology, widely used in the food and household chemical industries. Its 316 stainless steel contact surface is perfectly suited for hygienic packaging of liquid foods like yogurt, juice, and soy milk, as well as household products such as laundry detergent and alcohol. Packaging Type:

Spout pouch packaging machines are generally suitable for three types of pouches: stand-up pouches, flat pouches, and custom-shaped pouches. Based on the position of the spout, these pouches can be categorized into top spouts and side spouts.

Custom filling options for special products are available:

Operation

The operator places a magazine filled with uncapped spouted pouches into the machine’s infeed section. Once the system enters ready mode and both the magazine and caps are in place, the automatic filling process begins.

The machine is equipped with a 300L liquid storage tank. When sensors detect the spouted pouch, the 10 filling nozzles descend and accurately dispense the product through the spout. During this movement, the filled pouch is matched with a cap from the feeding rail, then transferred to the next station, where the torque unit lowers and securely tightens the cap onto the pouch.

In the final rotation, the sealed pouch is released from its holder and guided onto the output conveyor.
