Application

It can be used in dairy, beverage, fruit processing and liquid food production lines where automatic pouch feeding, dual-head filling, spout washing, cap feeding and capping are required. Such as fresh milk, flavored milk, drinking yogurt, soy milk, coconut milk, orange juice, apple juice, mixed fruit juice, fruit puree, baby food puree, smoothies, nutritional drinks, sports drinks, coconut water and liquid dessert products.

Suitable for premade spout pouches with plastic screw caps for liquid and semi-liquid food products.

FEATURES

1. SS316 stainless steel product-contact parts support hygienic filling for dairy, beverage and liquid food applications.

2. The dual-head gear pump filling system fills two spout pouches simultaneously and allows the filling volume to be adjusted through the control system.

3. The CIP circulation system cleans the storage tank, filling pumps and internal pipelines to reduce manual dismantling during product changeover.

4. A cap elevator transfers caps automatically into the vibration bowl for continuous cap feeding.

5. The vibration bowl sorts and orients caps before delivering them to the automatic capping station.

6. The dual-head water washing station cleans the pouch spout after filling to remove product residue before capping.

7. Automatic pouch feeding, filling, washing and capping are integrated into one enclosed production system.

8. The PLC and touch-screen control panel allow operators to set filling and operating parameters from one interface.
