Application

This automatic rotary spout pouch filling machine is used for packaging liquid and semi-liquid products into flexible pouches with spouts. It supports filling and capping in one integrated system. Such as sauce, jam, puree, condiments, juice, functional drinks, liquid supplements, milk-based drinks, yogurt, nutrition paste, cleaning liquids, detergents, shampoo, lotion, cosmetic liquids, etc.

Package Type:

Pre-made spouted pouch filling with automatic cap feeding and screw capping, suitable for flexible laminated pouches.

FEATURES

1. Four-lane linear structure allows four cups to run in parallel for higher output.

2. Horizontal inline layout supports continuous filling and capping in one direction.

3. Output capacity is higher than standard rotary cup filling and capping machines under the same cup format.

4. Each lane can work in synchronized motion to keep filling and capping stable.

5. Suitable for multi-step filling processes such as noodle block loading, ingredient filling and seasoning addition.

6. Compatible with automatic cup feeding, lid placing, sealing and discharge systems.

7. Filling devices can be matched with different products such as solids, granules, sauces or powder sachets.

8. The machine structure is suitable for round cups, square cups and similar rigid containers.

9. PLC and touch screen control allow parameter adjustment for different cup sizes and filling sequences.

10. Modular design makes it easier to connect with weighing, conveying and feeding systems
