Application

It can be used in personal care, cosmetics, household chemical and food production lines where automatic pouch feeding, piston filling, cap feeding and capping are required. Package Type:

Suitable for premade spout pouches and stand-up refill pouches with plastic spouts and screw caps for liquid, gel and semi-liquid products.

FEATURES

1. Dual-head piston filling system handles body lotion, shampoo, shower gel and other viscous liquid or semi-liquid products with adjustable filling volume.

2. Dual spout pouch feeding channels continuously supply premade pouches to the rotary working platform and reduce manual pouch loading.

3. Rotary working platform transfers each pouch through filling, cap placing and capping stations in sequence.

4. Automatic cap lifter transfers caps to the vibration feeding system for continuous cap sorting and feeding.

5. Dual-head capping unit tightens the screw caps after filling to match the two-head filling configuration.

6. HMI control panel allows operators to set and adjust filling and machine operating parameters from the touch screen.

7. Stainless steel product-contact structure supports cleaning and product changeover for personal care, household chemical and food applications.
