Application

This spice packaging machine handles baking powder, rice flour, corn starch, premixed flour, milk powder, wheat flour, seasoning powder, corn flour and other fine powder products. Its 50 L auger hopper continuously mixes the material before accurate dosing and filling into four-side seal pouches formed from roll film.

Package Type:

This spice packaging machine produces flat four-side seal sachets from roll film. It supports different bag lengths, filling weights, printed film designs, and straight or serrated cuts according to the machine configuration. Suitable film structures include PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, NY/PE, and other heat-sealable laminated films.

FEATURES

1. Servo auger controls each powder dose with accuracy up to ±1% under suitable operating conditions.

2. 50 L filling hopper includes a stirring device to keep fine powder moving.

3. Sponge exhaust device removes trapped air and makes finished bags flatter.

4. Touchscreen adjusts bag length without changing the bag width.

5. Different bag lengths support several filling volumes on the same former.

6. Air shaft simplifies film roll loading and replacement.

7. Ribbon coder adds date, batch, and expiry information.

8. Four-side sealing bars close each edge of the sachet.

9. Servo film pulling controls bag length and film movement.

10. Product-contact parts use stainless steel for routine flour and starch packing.

11. Operators can adjust filling weight, sealing temperature, bag length, and production speed.
