Application

This shampoo sachet packing machine fills liquid soap, hair conditioner, lotion, shampoo, fabric softener, hand sanitizer, facial cleanser, shower gel, hair serum, liquid detergent and other liquid products into small sachets. It can produce separate sachets or connected strip packs, then automatically fold and stack the finished packs at the discharge section.

Package Type:

The machine forms flat 4 side seal sachets from roll film. It supports single sachets, vertically linked sachets, and connected strips with an adjustable number of packs. Suitable film materials include PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, NY/PE, and other heat-sealable laminated films.

FEATURES

1. Full SS304 machine frame resists contact with shampoo and household liquids.

2. Separate piston pump for each lane controls the filling volume.

3. Servo drive controls film pulling and sachet length.

4. Touchscreen stores filling, sealing, and linked-pack settings.

5. Four-side sealing closes every edge of each sachet.

6. Adjustable linked-pack control sets the number of connected sachets.

7. Automatic outlet conveyor folds and stacks finished sachet strips.

8. Steel stamping unit adds date or batch details without ink cartridges.

9. Independent sealing controls match different laminated films.

10. Cutting unit keeps sachet corners and edges aligned.

11. The pouch sachet filling sealing machine for shampoo handles individual packs and connected sachet strips.
