Application

This nuts packing machine fills almonds, coffee beans, roasted peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, broad beans, mixed nuts, pistachios, raisins, peanuts and other free-flowing granular products into premade pouches. Two independent packaging lines operate simultaneously, with each line equipped with a Z-type elevator, 10-head combination weigher, horizontal premade pouch machine and finished-product conveyor.

Package Type:

The machine handles premade pouches, block-bottom pouches, stand-up pouches, M shape pouches, flat pouches, and zipper pouches when fitted with the matching opening device. It works with printed laminated bags in different widths, lengths, and filling weights.

FEATURES

1. Two horizontal premade pouch machines operate as independent packaging lines.

2. Two 10-head combination weighers control the filling weight of each line.

3. Z-type elevators continuously feed nuts and reduce manual loading.

4. Pouch magazines store premade bags for automatic pouch feeding.

5. Horizontal pouch transfer keeps block-bottom bags stable during filling.

6. The sealing units handle thick laminated premade pouches.

7. Date coders print batch numbers, production dates, or expiry information.

8. Independent control systems allow each line to pack different products or weights.

9. Finished-product conveyors transfer sealed pouches away from both machines.

10. The dual-line design maintains production when one line stops for adjustment or pouch replenishment.
