Package Type:

Suitable for metal cans with metal lids, using vacuum seaming and nitrogen filling for dry powder products.

FEATURES

1. The fully automatic line integrates powder preparation, can feeding, filling, sealing, coding and finished-can collection to reduce manual handling.

2. The mixing hopper, vibration sieve and storage hopper support continuous powder preparation and feeding before filling.

3. The single-head auger filling system provides filling accuracy up to ±1% and can be adjusted for different filling weights and can sizes.

4. The automatic empty can feeding system arranges and transfers cans continuously to the filling station.

5. The vacuum seaming and nitrogen filling system can reduce residual oxygen to below 3% to help extend product shelf life.

6. Automatic metal lid feeding connects directly with the vacuum seaming station for continuous can closing.

7. The can clamping conveyor keeps containers positioned during laser coding for production dates, batch information or traceability marks.

8. The modular line layout allows the filling, sealing, coding and conveying sections to operate as one continuous production system.
