Application

This powder filling line packs milk powder, protein powder, nutrition powder, coffee powder, meal-replacement powder, seasoning powder, and similar dry products into bottles or jars. It arranges empty bottles, cleans the interior with filtered air and UV light, inserts measuring scoops, fills the powder through two heads, closes the caps, and applies labels. The automatic powder filling and capping machine reaches up to 3,000 bottles/hour, depending on the bottle size, filling weight, and powder flow.

Package Type:

The line handles round PET, HDPE, and rigid plastic bottles or jars. It supports measuring scoops, inner plugs, press-on caps, screw caps, and self-adhesive wraparound labels. Change parts match different container diameters, heights, neck sizes, scoop lengths, cap formats, and label dimensions.
