Package Type:

The line handles round metal cans and tins fitted with seamed metal ends and plastic overcaps. It also supports measuring scoops placed inside the can before filling. Change parts match different can diameters, heights, filling volumes, lid sizes, and scoop formats.

FEATURES

1. Rotary can unscrambler feeds containers continuously onto the conveyor.

2. Frequency control adjusts the can-feeding speed.

3. Filtered-air unit removes loose dust from empty cans.

4. Shielded UV section allows independent lamp control.

5. Automatic scoop feeder positions measuring spoons before powder filling.

6. Servo auger controls the filling dose for different powder weights.

7. Online weighing system targets a final filling deviation within 2 g under specified operating conditions.

8. Vacuum and nitrogen seaming section completes air removal, gas flushing, lid placement, and seaming.

9. The seaming process can target residual oxygen below 2% after setup and validation.

10. Brush unit clears powder from the outside of each can.

11. Turning device changes the can orientation before overcap pressing.

12. Plastic lid press handles different overcap diameters with matching change parts.
