Application

It can be used in snack food, confectionery, nut processing, grain, dried food, agricultural product, pet food and frozen food production lines where automatic feeding, combination weighing, bag forming, filling, coding, sealing and weight inspection are required. Such as peanuts, gummy candy, rice, potato chips, coffee beans, dried cranberries, pasta, cashews, pet food kibble, popcorn, raisins, cereal, pistachios, biscuits, beans, chocolate pieces, granola, sunflower seeds, frozen meatballs and frozen dumplings.

Package Type:

The machine produces pillow bags and back-seal bags directly from roll film. It works with laminated films used for frozen foods, including PET/PE, BOPP/PE, PA/PE, and other low-temperature-resistant heat-sealable materials. Bag width, length, filling weight, and printed film design can change according to the product.

FEATURES

1. Two-stage inclined conveyor system automatically transfers products to the multihead weigher for continuous feeding.

2. 10-head multihead combination weigher measures granular and piece products by combining multiple weighing hoppers according to the target weight.

3. LD-520A vertical form fill seal machine completes film pulling, bag forming, filling, vertical sealing, horizontal sealing and cutting automatically.

4. Servo-driven film pulling rollers support controlled film feeding and consistent bag length during continuous packaging.

5. Thermal transfer printer can print production dates, batch numbers, barcodes and other variable information on the packaging film.

6. Checkweigher inspects finished bag weight after packaging and helps identify products outside the preset weight range.

7. Separate feeding, weighing and packing sections allow the line to handle a broad range of free-flowing granular and piece products.

8. Finished product conveyor transfers sealed bags to the collecting turntable for convenient downstream collection and handling.
