Introduction:

This automated bagging–cartoning–palletizing line integrates two horizontal premade-pouch machines with dual robotic packers, a case erector, case sealer, and an intelligent palletizer.

Application:

The line is suitable for large-scale production of food and non-food pouch products, supporting snacks, powders, granules, daily-use goods, and industrial items. After filling and sealing, pouches are automatically packed into cartons, sealed, and palletized for shipment.

This complete bagging–cartoning–palletizing line is compatible with a wide range of premade pouches commonly used on horizontal pouch machines, including flat pouches, stand-up pouches (doypacks), zipper resealable pouchs, M shape pouch gusset pouchs, and spout pouches for liquid or semi-liquid products.

These pouch formats maintain stable shape and good stacking strength, making them suitable for automatic carton loading, especially in RSC cases, display cartons, and tray-type boxes.

Horizontal Premade Pouch Packing Machine The horizontal pouch unit automatically picks, opens, fills, and seals premade bags with stable, continuous motion.
	Finished Product Conveyor The discharge conveyor transfers sealed pouches smoothly to the cartoning section, keeping product orientation stable and ensuring uninterrupted flow between bagging and downstream processes.
Cartoning Workstation The cartoning module manages case erection, bag grouping, and accurate placement of pouches into cartons.
	Parallel Robotic Picker Dual parallel robots handle high-speed bag sorting and loading with precise motion control.
Weighing System Integrated inline checkweighers verify each pouch’s weight before cartoning, rejecting out-of-spec packs automatically.
	Palletizing Robot The palletizing robot stacks filled cartons onto pallets with accurate layer formation and adjustable stacking patterns.
Stretch Film Wrapping Machine The wrapping unit secures finished pallets with uniform stretch film coverage, improving load stability during storage and transport.
