Application

This machine is suitable for chili sauce, strawberry jam, mayonnaise and other viscous products packed in thermoformed portion cups. Such as ketchup, barbecue sauce, cocktail sauce, garlic sauce, mustard, salad dressing, cheese sauce, yogurt sauce, honey, caramel sauce, chocolate spread, fruit jam, peanut butter and other thick liquid or paste products.

Package Type:

Suitable for thermoformed PET or PVC portion cups sealed with printed roll film for viscous sauces, jams, dressings and paste products.

FEATURES

1. PET or PVC bottom film is heated and thermoformed into portion cups directly on the machine.

2. The piston pump dosing system provides adjustable filling volumes for viscous liquids and paste products.

3. The heated storage hopper maintains product temperature and supports smooth flow during continuous filling.

4. Automatic sealing film feeding places the top film over the filled cups before heat sealing.

5. The heat-sealing station can emboss production dates, batch numbers, or other package information.

6. The cutting unit separates the sealed film into individual cups or connected cup groups based on the mould design.

7. The waste film recycling device collects the remaining film after the cutting process.

8. The touchscreen control allows operators to adjust forming, filling, sealing, and production settings from one interface.
