Application

It can be used in baking food, confectionery, nutrition, beverage, seasoning and convenience food production lines where automatic mixing, powder dosing, granule weighing, pouch filling and sealing are required. Package Type:

Suitable for premade stand-up pouches, flat pouches and zipper pouches for powder, granule and mixed dry food products.

FEATURES

1. LD-8230D rotary premade pouch packing machine completes automatic pouch feeding, opening, filling, sealing and finished product output.

2. Horizontal ribbon mixer blends multiple powder ingredients before packaging to support consistent mixed-product production.

3. Three 120L screw feeding conveyors transfer powder between the mixing, storage and dosing sections with less manual handling.

4. 50L auger dosing system measures fine powder ingredients separately and allows the filling quantity to be adjusted according to the product.

5. Z-type elevator automatically transfers granular ingredients to the 4-head linear weigher for continuous feeding.

6. 4-head linear weigher provides independent weighing for chocolate chips, nuts, cereal pieces and other free-flowing granular ingredients.

7. Dual filling structure allows powder and granular ingredients to be filled separately into the same premade pouch.

8. Bag-mouth cleaning station helps remove residual powder from the sealing area before heat sealing.

9. Double sealing stations improve the sealing appearance and help maintain reliable pouch closure during continuous production.
