Application

It can be used in perfume, aromatherapy, cosmetics and personal care production lines where automatic filling, inner cap pressing, outer cap tightening and carton packaging are required. Such as lavender essential oil, peppermint oil, tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil, perfume oil, attar oil, fragrance oil, facial serum, hair care oil, beard oil, cuticle oil, massage oil and body care oil.

Package Type:

Suitable for small glass or plastic bottles fitted with inner plugs and outer screw caps, followed by automatic packaging into folding cartons.

FEATURES

1. The rotary filling and capping structure combines multiple packaging processes within a compact production area.

2. Double-head magnetic pump filling supports controlled dosing of essential oils, perfume oils and other low-viscosity liquids.

3. Magnetic drive pumps use a mechanically separated drive structure, helping reduce routine maintenance requirements.

4. Vibration feeders automatically arrange and supply inner plugs and outer caps to the corresponding working stations.

5. Automatic inner cap pressing and outer cap tightening reduce manual cap placement during continuous production.

6. Double-head working stations increase the number of bottles processed during each operating cycle.

7. The filling and capping machine connects directly with the cartoning machine through an automatic bottle conveyor.

8. The full-servo cartoning machine completes carton feeding, opening, bottle insertion and carton sealing in sequence.

9. PLC and HMI controls allow operators to adjust filling, capping and cartoning settings from the control panel.
