Such as roasted peanuts, dried fruit pieces, coffee beans, pumpkin seeds, candy, mixed herbal tea, rice, cashew nuts, puffed snacks, red dates, spice pieces, almonds, granola, goji berries, chocolate beans, dried mushrooms, sunflower seeds, beans, chrysanthemum flowers, breakfast cereal, raisins, pet treats and other free-flowing granular or irregular solid products.

Cannabis Packaging Machine is suitable for zipper pouches, stand-up pouches, premade pouches, 3/ 4 sides sealing bags and customized premade bags. Compatible with laminated pouch materials such as PET/PE, BOPP/CPP, PET/AL/PE and other composite films.

FEATURES

1. The 8-station rotary premade pouch packing machine features one-touch bag width adjustment to accommodate different pouch sizes.

2. The horizontal pouch feeding system delivers premade bags steadily and accurately to each working station.

3. The 14-head 0.3 L micro multihead weigher provides precise dosing with an accuracy of approximately ±0.1–0.2 g.

4. A transparent protective cover shields the weighing system from dust and airflow interference.

5. The vibrating feeding hopper supports smooth and consistent feeding of cannabis products into the pouches.

6. The rejection unit and product-pushing device help maintain accurate filling and keep the sealing area free from trapped material.

7. The dual-sealing structure enhances seal strength, package appearance and sealing consistency.

8. Siemens PLC and touchscreen controls simplify machine operation, parameter adjustment and production management.
