Application

It can be used in candy, chocolate, confectionery and snack production lines where automatic product sorting, continuous feeding, roll film wrapping, heat sealing and cutting are required. Such as fruit candy, milk candy, mint candy, caramel candy, toffee, jelly candy, gummy bears, chocolate balls, chocolate cubes, filled chocolate, hawthorn pieces, preserved fruit, beef granules, cereal bites and small snack pieces.

Package Type:

Suitable for individually formed pillow packs made from heat-sealable laminated roll film for regularly shaped candy, chocolate and snack products.

FEATURES

1. The oversized sorting tray arranges products before feeding and helps reduce empty packages during continuous production.

2. Triple-servo control independently manages product conveying, film feeding and sealing movement for accurate position synchronization.

3. The touchscreen allows operators to set bag length and adjust product feeding or cutting positions without replacing mechanical transmission parts.

4. The dual-roll film feeding structure supports automatic film transfer between two film rolls without stopping normal production.

5. Servo-driven chain conveying keeps products evenly spaced as they enter the bag-forming and sealing section.

6. Longitudinal and transverse heat-sealing systems form closed pillow packs around each individual product.

7. Food-contact sections use 304 stainless steel to support confectionery production and routine cleaning.

8. Each main machine section can operate independently, making production testing, adjustment and maintenance more convenient.
