Application

This double twist candy wrapping machine can be used in candy, chocolate, bakery snack and confectionery production lines where automatic product feeding, film forming, wrapping and double-end twisting are required. It is suitable for products such as fruit candy, coffee candy, mint candy, milk candy, boiled sweets, caramel candy, chewy toffee, malt candy, crisp candy, chocolate pieces, filled chocolate, chocolate toffee, nougat cubes and compound chocolate products.

Package Type:

Suitable for individual double-twist wrapping with dedicated twistable candy film, with optional inner and outer film feeding through the dual-roll structure.

FEATURES

1. The automatic feeding conveyor arranges and transfers individual candy pieces continuously to the wrapping section.

2. The photoelectric inspection system detects incoming products to reduce empty wrappers during continuous operation.

3. The full-servo control system coordinates product feeding, film pulling and twist wrapping with fewer mechanical transmission components.

4. The double-twist unit twists both ends of the film to produce the traditional candy wrapping format.

5. The dual film-roll structure supports inner and outer wrapping materials according to product requirements.

6. The touch-screen interface allows operators to monitor the working process and adjust production parameters from one control panel.

7. The feeding belts can be removed without tools, while the waste collection plate underneath helps simplify cleaning and maintenance.

8. The machine can be connected with upstream candy production equipment for automatic feeding, wrapping and finished-product output.
