Application

It can be used in confectionery, bakery and snack food production lines where automatic product feeding, positioning, film wrapping, sealing and cutting are required. Such as chocolate bars, chocolate pieces, coated chocolate, wafer biscuits, sandwich biscuits, cookies, crackers, nougat, toffee, peanut candy, crispy candy, marshmallows, rice crispy treats, nut bars, cereal bars, protein bars, energy bars and granola bars.

Package Type:

Suitable for pillow packs and fin-seal flow packs formed automatically from heat-sealable roll film.

FEATURES

1. Schneider PLC and a 9-servo control system coordinate product feeding, film movement and sealing for continuous high-speed packaging.

2. Automatic feeding and positioning conveyors organize randomly supplied products before transferring them into the flow wrapping section.

3. Automatic product detection identifies feeding gaps and adjusts conveyor movement to reduce unnecessary empty packages.

4. Automatic film-splicing device allows packaging film to be changed without stopping normal production, reducing downtime during roll replacement.

5. Feeding belts support tool-free quick disassembly and automatic belt deviation correction for easier maintenance and reduced belt wear.

6. Food-grade PU conveyor belts are equipped with PTFE scrapers to help remove sticky product residues from the belt surface.

7. Removable residue trays are installed underneath the feeding belts for easier collection of crumbs and cleaning after production.

8. Stainless-steel machine construction and space-saving sliding access doors provide convenient access for routine cleaning and maintenance.

9. The machine can be connected directly with upstream production lines for automatic feeding and continuous flow wrapping production.
