Application

It can be used in confectionery, snack food, nut, dried fruit, cereal and agricultural product production lines where automatic feeding, multihead weighing, bag forming, filling and sealing are required. Such as Swiss candy, cashew nuts, dried cranberries, chocolate pieces, almonds, gummy candy, granola, pistachios, raisins, roasted peanuts, hard candy, sunflower seeds, puffed snacks, hazelnuts, cereal, pumpkin seeds, jelly candy and other free-flowing granular or irregular solid products.

Package Type:

The machine can produce pillow bags, back-seal gusset bags, and block-bottom style bags by changing the corresponding forming parts. It forms each package directly from roll film and works with printed or plain heat-sealable laminated materials. The reference platform specifically lists back-seal pillow bags and gusset bags.

FEATURES

1. Four-edge heat-sealing structure helps shape the sides of the finished bag and creates a neater, more three-dimensional package appearance.

2. Multihead combination weigher provides automatic weighing for candy, nuts, dried fruit and other granular or irregular solid products.

3. Z-type bucket elevator continuously transfers products from the feeding hopper to the weighing system during automatic production.

4. Roll film is automatically unwound, guided through the forming collar and formed into bags before product filling.

5. Servo-driven film pulling rollers control film feeding and help maintain consistent bag length during operation.

6. Vertical sealing and horizontal sealing devices complete bag forming, sealing and cutting in one continuous packaging process.

7. Ribbon printer can be connected for printing production dates, batch numbers and other coding information on the packaging film.

8. Touchscreen control allows operators to adjust bag length, sealing temperature, weighing parameters and production settings from the control panel.
