Application

It can be used in plant-based beverage, grain processing, health nutrition and powdered food production lines where automatic screw feeding, weighing, bag forming, filling and sealing are required. Such as soybean almond powder, cocoa powder, oat powder, walnut powder, protein powder, rice powder, black sesame powder, milk tea powder, corn powder, coconut powder, meal replacement powder, soy milk powder, cereal powder, almond beverage powder, red bean powder, nutrition powder, multigrain powder and instant beverage powder.

Package Type:

The powder pouch packing machine produces back-seal gusset bags from roll film. The side gussets give larger powder packs more internal space and a fuller bag shape. It works with printed or plain laminated films such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, BOPP/PE, and other heat-sealable materials.

FEATURES

1. Open-cover screw conveyor gives easier access during product changes and cleaning.

2. 4-head twin-screw linear weigher handles powders that do not flow well through standard linear scales.

3. Separate screw channels control the feeding quantity for each weighing head.

4. Teflon-coated product-contact surfaces reduce soybean and almond powder sticking.

5. Reduced powder buildup helps the weighing system maintain consistent dosing.

6. Roll-film system forms and fills bags without premade pouch feeding.

7. Gusset-forming unit makes fuller back-seal bags for medium and larger powder packs.

8. Servo film control keeps bag length and film movement aligned.

9. Adjustable sealing temperature matches different laminated films.

10. Operators can change filling weight, bag length, speed, and sealing settings through the control panel.
