Application

This chemical filling machine fills disinfectant liquid, shampoo, cleaning solution, bleach-based cleaner, sanitizer, detergent liquid, and other low-viscosity chemical products into bottles. A 2000 L corrosion-resistant plastic mixing tank stores and mixes the liquid before the self-priming pump transfers it to the filling section.

Package Type:

The chemical bottle filling machine handles round, square, rectangular, and shaped plastic bottles made from HDPE, PET, or similar chemical-resistant materials. It supports screw caps, front-and-back self-adhesive labels, inkjet coding, and grouped shrink-film packs. Adjustable guides allow the line to run different bottle widths, heights, cap sizes, and label dimensions.

1. 2000 L plastic mixing tank handles corrosive cleaning and disinfectant liquids.

3. No-bottle, no-fill control stops product discharge when a container is missing.

7. Four-wheel capper presses and tightens screw caps in one section.

8. Inkjet coder prints batch, production, and date information directly on the bottle.

9. Double-side labeler handles both round and square container formats.

10. Side-entry sleeve wrapper groups bottles before shrink packing.

11. Heat tunnel shrinks the film tightly around each bottle group.

12. PLC controls filling, conveying, capping, labeling, and shrink-packing settings.

13. Modular layout allows connection with bottle unscramblers, checkweighers, case packers, and palletizing equipment.
